Where's George? Or was his name Richard...? He was the best! Without Him things arnt quite the same. Idk if I've just missed him the last two time I went to get my oil changed or if he's gone forever. Anyway, if it's busy employees may not even bother to greet you, which is a little annoying. And when they finnally do acknowledge you it's with a quick not so sincere "we'll be with you in a minute." After dealing with George/Richard I guess I've come to expect great customer service but nonetheless they get the job done in a timely and professional manner.
