One of my favorite steak houses in Vegas! Gordon Ramsay Steak did not disappoint. I ordered the filet mignon, which was seasoned really nicely with salt and pepper. As it's dry-age it was super tender and juicy. The carpaccio appetizers was very sophisticated and eclectic. For dessert, the sorbets were really sweet. And the sticky toffee bread pudding is warm, moist, and super sweet, especially with the brown sugar butter ice cream. Highly recommend if you love warm caramel desserts.
