  • Love the taste of their cold brew! However, I recently had some illegitimate credit card charges on my statement from Sweets Cold Brew their system rang me up 3 times on card then I had 2 charges for a 1.00 from some where in San Francisco all at the same time. I disputed all charges with my bank and they removed the charges. I went back the next day to let the store know what happened and left my phone number for the manager to call me. Which has never happened,no one has called. Needless to say they have lost my business because they did not see the importance of returning a call to me to resolve the matter in preventing this from happening in the future.
