  • Tom has an easy-going personality, but he is meticulous when it comes to his photography. He shot an engagement session for us - he came early and scoped out the location to find the most photogenic spots. His wife, Tiffany, is his assistant and they naturally work well together. She isn't just a bystander - she actively gave great suggestions on alternate poses. They made it easy for me and my fiance, who aren't very comfortable being 'models', to just act normally and not feel so self-conscious, to forget about the pose and focus more on enjoying each other during the shoot. It was also pretty impressive to see that he had no problems walking through wild brush or lying down on rough, graveled ground if it meant getting the best shot! When Tom sent us our proofs - some within a day of the shoot, and the rest within a week! - we definitely had a hard time choosing just a handful of favorites. The photos came out great - Tom captured the natural beauty of our outdoor location as well as some fun and intimate moments between me and my fiance. It was really a lot of fun and a pleasure working with Tom (and Tiffany!).
