  • Were were excited to see this small venue open in the neighborhood. The big mistake was bringing friends from out of town for the first time. The waffles were thick and too chewy, with any topping just to sweet. I would imagine it's more of a kids thing. No meat.. just waffles. No one in our group finished theirs. I could barely wait for lunch time I was so hungry. On the other hand, I thought the coffee was great. I do hope these nice people can make it, but unfortunately, not with us as customers... especially since "The Skillet' opened just 5 minutes away.
