  • I found this place on Yelp, nearby where I live! I wanted to treat myself right before the holidays, but I wasn't sure if there would be any openings with Thanksgiving being around the corner. I asked if there were any openings for a walk-in. The place was pretty full, but after letting them know I wanted a gel manicure and regular pedicure, they could take me! My gel manicure was first. Originally I wanted a chrome since I previously had that a few months back and really loved the look, especially as a gel color. I wish I remembered the gal's name that helped me. She was such a sweetheart! We chatted over the basics and touched up on tattoos since she had a sleeve, I found out, during our conversation. She helped me select the chrome color I wanted, which was close to a rose gold. She showed me the different styles they had available on her phone and once we settled on the right one, she chose a bright orange as the base color. Then she went over with the glitter, and it transformed into a beautiful rose gold color! A few other women sitting closely complimented the style. At first the bright orange base color was peeping through at my cuticles. I mentioned something about it, and she went ahead and fixed it without any attitude or issues at all. I noticed when she tried correcting the polish by taking the alcohol remover (at least that's what I think it is) to remove any excess left on the sides or cuticles it removed the chrome again and exposed the bright orange. I felt bad for saying something, so I kept quiet. (I'll get back to this because what she did is the reason why I'll be coming back to this place!) Anyway, soon after it was time for my pedicure. I chose the color white for my toes and selected the spa package that was one above the cheapest. I can't recall what it was called, but it was the $25 -- the one with the hot towels and massage, which felt great! Before she started painting my toes, she came over and examined my hand. "I can see the bright orange, so I'm gonna fix that." And she went ahead and took the tool that usually shaves down acrylics and fixed my nails, without me mentioning anything. She was super friendly and very precise. She was also super goofy and shared a few hilarious stores along the way. The entire nail salon environment was super welcoming and warming! Everyone would occasionally chat with each other, including the other women in the salon getting their nails done. It was extremely nice to see and be a part of. Overall, amazing customer service, incredibly friendly staff, and overall, just a great environment. For the chrome gel nails, and pedicure my total came out to $65. It may be a little more expensive then I would expect, but with how great everyone else was I would say, it's worth it. Thanks for the awesome experience! Super helpful and overall, very satisfied! I'll definitely be back.
