My very 1st 1 star review . Sad because I always like to give nails shops the benefit of doubt. I made an appointment 7/28/15 at 7:00 for 7/29/15 at 9:30 am I requested either summer or kim because of the reviews on yelp. When I realized I was running late. ( it happens) I called the salon to notify them I will be running 10 mins late. I called about 6 times no one was answering. I drove to the salon walked in at 9:40 and told them I had an appointment at 9:30 she said okay and all 3 girls standing there looked at me like "wow how could u be late". So I sat down waiting for my nail tech. well sat for 10 mins until they finally realized they lost their phone another 5 mins later they located the phone and saw my missed calls. Okay lets finally get started ... I asked the girl what her name was she said angel ... Uhmm okay because I thought I asked for summer or kim. Either one of them looked at me and said well let her do ur pedicure ill do ur manicure. no thank you . I left and took my business else where. It blows my mind how service is not top priority at nail salons . It should be their number one goal to make sure the client is happy. Was I late 10 mins yes . Was I courteous enough to call and tell them yes . Who's fault is it that they lost their phone ?!? Who's fault is it that they couldnt even give me the nail tech i asked for ?!? Not mine . unorganized and unfriendly and unprofessional.
