  • Run by monkeys! GET EVERY SINGLE THING IN WRITING as there is absolutely no communication among the employees whatsoever. One will tell you you're in the clear and have a zero balance, another with try to say you owe for a nonexistent fee. I always pay in cash and wouldn't be surprised if they charge me for crap, knowing I have no room to fight it because I have to be able to drive my car, and then they pocket the money and leave no paper trail of the fee or my payment history. Be prepared to be locked out quite often for their lack of follow through and inconsistency, and don't ever assume they will be prompt in getting your car out of lock mode. I have missed many appointments and been late to work on more than a handful of occasions because of these incompetent employees. They locked me out and when I called to resolve the issue they said I had missed my last two service appointments and tacked on a fee for said "missed appointment", thankfully I had printouts of my previous appointments that show not only was I there but that I had paid my monthly service fees. When they realized they were in the wrong they offered no apology but instead threatened to hang up on me because I was being "irrational" when they were just trying to help. A DUI is unfortunate enough, don't let these idiots make it any more complicated for you. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!
