  • Unfortunately I went to the wrong iPad screen replacement service. With all to choose from in Pittsburgh I went to cell helmet in Wexford. Long story short. My adventure started with my wife accidentally dropping and cracking the screen on her iPad. When the time came to replace it. I chose cell helmet. I dropped the the iPad off the Wednesday before Easter April 16th in the morning. I was told it would be replaced and ready for pick up by the afternoon. Guess what? Not ready and my wife was accused of bringing in the iPad with the camera broken. Well today is May 6th and after finding that the techs at cell helmet broke the daughter board on the iPad while dismantling it. I was finally able it pick it up. To top it off they tried to charge me a higher rate than the walk in price I was quoted. Over all the service was atrocious and arrogant. If I want to to be talked down to by a computer tech. I'll call my own company's help desk. The worst part was not even a simple apology.
