  • A little rough to the start even though we had reservations. The place wasn't packed and you could see a few tables for 4 open, so kinda frustrating making you wait for 20 minutes. We waited in the bar for few minutes, it was like they wanted us to just sit there and not be seated in the dining room area. Th food was ok but amazing like your other steak houses. The service was not excellent the waiter tried to up-sale the wine list even though we knew our wines. After insisting on what we wanted he backed off. We did have a bug in one of our wine glasses and told the waiter he didn't even apologize. He just walked away and got us another glass. When the food was being served as they placed the plates down my mother grabbed her plate and burned her hands that she had to place her hands around the water glass. No apology even from the manager who placed her plate down just a " be careful the plates are hot" and walked away.
