Buffets always flatter to deceive. It always sounds a good idea in theory (can't decide what you want to eat = perfect solution) however, in reality, the professionals are best placed to decide for me what should end up on my plate....not me, I'm stupid.
This particular buffet was high end (as buffets go) but remarkably little made to order (only taco's and crepe's of which I had both)
It also closed at 10pm....which considering we didn't sit down till 9 seemed a bit bizarre given its Vegas..?
Next time I'm heading to a buffet I'm going to re-read this review (even if no one else does) to remind myself why they don't work.
