  • NEVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY THEY WILL STEAL YOUR DEPOSIT MONEY! We rented a house for 1 year from; Tessa Seeman was our Property Manager whom we never met. The house was unclean, carpets were worn, upstairs toilet needed completely replaced when we moved in. We treated the property like we owned it. Upon move out we were required to clean already worn carpets (the whole house even though we added the worn carpets to the move-in list and Tessa admitted they were worn). We cleaned the home and left it in better condition than when we moved in and upon receiving our deposit money they stole part of it citing that we killed the plants in the front yard! We moved in at the end of summer and moved out in November; the winter time! Terrible! They could have asked me for the money as opposed to stealing it citing BS reasons! Jessica Mundon-Office Manager was cool and always very friendly and helpful when we needed anything! Tessa Seeman is Bad Business; she will steal your money!
