  • This is the worst place I've ever lived! When it was Camden Del Mar, it was great! The new company came in and it's exactly as everyone else has said - nothing is maintained, the grounds are disgusting, there's no security, the trash rarely gets picked up. I've had maintenance be rude to me and when I asked for their name, hung up on me. Maintenance is a mess! They frequently close my work orders without every completing them. When it was Camden Del Mar I frequently got same day or next day service. Now, it's days and days before anything happens. The electricity was out in our master bedroom and it took them weeks to take the necessary steps to fix it. They also told me it's sort of my fault because I have submitted multiple issues on the same day so they assume they are duplicates and close the extra requests, instead of reading them to see I put in more than one request instead of assuming they would do everything under one convoluted request. The mailroom has had so many break ins and issues that they have had to lock it. Packages from my porch have been stolen so many times I can't have any delivered to our home. There is EXTREMELY limited extra parking spaces so if you have more than one car, forget it. Everyone is moving out. It's so expensive to live here, I'm now renting a three bedroom house for the same that I pay here. Just stay away, it's horrible. There are way better places to live with much less headache.
