Embarrassed by an older heavier cashier with shirt gray hair.... Jean or Jane or something.
Me and my fiance stop in frequently and often spend quite a bit or money each time.
The little hand carried baskets they have at the door can get quite heavy so when I got to the counter with the basket full or heavy dishware I was definitely done carrying it. I lifted the heavy basket up and set it on the conveyor belt thinking the cashier would do her job unload and wrap my dishes for me like they have many times before.
This woman stopped mid sentence from talking to the customers in front of us to tell me I could start unloading the basket now.
She actually stopped and said "and you can unload that basket now."
I'm sorry what.
I sat there and stared at her and did nothing.
My fiance unloaded the basket as quietly and carefully as possible since he knows I use the dishes I buy here for arts and crafts. We both said nothing to this lady.
She didn't offer a hi how are you did you find everything okay.
Nothing.
Rudest and worst experience I've had here.
I would make the drive to another one if this one wasn't less than a mile from my home.
I will walk out if this lady is at the register and wait until the next day.
