  • Elena is so many things: responsive, kind, knowledgeable, and honest. I explained to Elena that my mother was in a rehab facility and it was not clear if she would be able to return to Assisted Living or need to find a Group Home. Elena spent an hour meeting with my sister and me to discuss the situation and then she spent several hours giving us a tour of homes that met the criteria we laid out. We found the perfect group home for mom! Although we ultimately moved mom back to Assisted Living we are relieved to know Elena is just a phone call away if a group is needed in the future.
