The check-in process was so painful. I had to watch the front desk staff take two rather lengthy phone calls (first) before she finally gave me any attention. Just what you need after a long work day.
The wallpaper in my room was peeling, the faucet dripped continuously, no matter what you did. The staff at the restaurant is incredibly rude - if you don't opt for the buffet, they give you a nice dose of attitude. The buffet was also quite terrible - the fruit was canned, there's no scrambled eggs (or eggs in any other forms) except for the omelette station. We waited (quite awhile) for the chef to return to the omelette station and when she did finally arrive, I witnessed her cough and hack while cooking. No thank you.
Lana was probably the only server that was nice, polite and friendly.
Also, expect the valet parking to get busy every single evening. Then spend a silly amount of time trying to find the nearby parking garage alternative.
