  • Walked in.... told hostess going to bar..... sat......waited.....sat.... waited.... not real long but long enough to have been greeted or recognized by the manager, the waiter wiping glasses the entire time I was there never moved to find the bartender to say he had a customer or the manager who was looking but not seeing. It was 430 and they open at 400 but I guess they don't start waiting and serving until later....I don't know. I left. Update: Say what you will but...... this family of restaurants doesn't like losing customers. Even though I was disappointed on my last visit.... I am assured the issues are being addressed. So, if you are visiting this location communicate with the management if there is an issue. I believe issues will be resolved. You know the quality will be top notch.
