  • Worst Landlord I have ever had by a long shot. Our water was continually shut off for construction on other units in our building and not once was there any kind of notification to us. After we spoke to them multiple times they said "it was not there fault" but they would do everything they could to get it resolved for us and promised to give us a call back that day as soon as the problem was resolved. Still been waiting three weeks and although i have called them multiple times they still have not been able to "make any progress." They have not attempted to reach out for any kind of apology or resolution while we continue to never know if our water will be on today or if so for how long. They absolutely do not care for the tenants and care only about the rent check you right them each month. They told us our apartment was gated and had a pool but not one time in sixth months has the gate actually shut(they claimed it closes at midnight every night) and its mid June and the pool is still empty and chained up. The Only positive for this company is the maintenance guy Axel he actually cares and I got to meet him many a times because the majority of my apartment was held together with cheap glue from the owner. Multiple drawers in the kitchen completely fell apart after a week or so and you could see where they had been re-glued instead of replaced or fixed properly(with wood that isn't completely cracked like the drawer. The caulk in the bathroom has completely fallen off after 2 months and it has completely revealed black mold(I have been feeling sick since). I feel like these people are literal con-men allowed to operate and prey on the public. My only hope is to save someone from renting from them because my fate is already sealed. I would give less stars if I could.
