  • I went here after extensive research. I had a horrible experience at DHA in Fitchburg with a filling. The technician was very friendly and explained everything she was doing and seeing. She cleaned my teeth quickly and efficiently (DHA took 2 hours). Dr. Worman did my consult and he was friendly and explained everything clearly. I had a horrible filling at DHA and explained to him my experienced. I needed more fillings so he came up with a plan to ensure that I had a good experience and was very empathetic to what I had been through. I had my first of 3 fillings (the appointments are broken up to ensure everything goes smoothly with pain control), it went wonderfully! He did have to do an extra block on top of the normal blocks once he started drilling but once that were complete, I felt nothing (at DHA I had to go through the whole filling, feeling everything). He was quick and friendly, my next filling will definitely be less stressful. He suggested bringing my headphones (great idea), they also had a tv right above me, a massage chair, I took a sedative ahead of time and had Nitrous on hand in case I needed it. The entire staff is very friendly. They had my insurance breakdown within minutes (took DHA months to figure it out despite it being a very common plan). I would highly recommend them, especially if you've had a bad experience before.
