I would not normally think to rate a liquor store, But after I went in there today. I was truly bothered, I was in there for there Grand opening employees were friendly and helpful. But today it was like I was invisible the employees were in there own world talking amongst each other. The gentleman on the cashier did not even greet me, he never even told me my total I had to ask, never I.D me to make sure it was my debit card I was paying with wich is strange as they have pics on there front door of people that have stolen from them. No Thank you, nothing. I originally planned on going to the new Total Wine and use my coupon. I wish I would off after going there today, Meanwhile I get home and my son had gone to Lees as well today and we both spoke about how bad there customer treatment is, That's 100 bucks we both spent at the wrong place:(
