rev:text	Complex is kept clean. Office staff are very nice. Maintenance men are extremely nice and professional. Pool stays pretty busy in the summer, but I've never had a problem getting a seat other than holiday weekends. Small playground located in a wooded area near the trash drop off. Aging, but my boys love it. Needs to be mulched. Walking distance to restaurants and two grocery stores (Harris Teeter and Publix). Can't ask for a better location!
