| - BEWARE! Jennifer Kish is incompetent AND worse than that, after she treated me on 7-31-15 with dysport and perlane, she REFUSED to speak with me when I called 2 weeks later about a problem and question I had with her injections. I live 500 miles away in Chicago, and I was told by Debbie, whoever that is, that the only way I could speak with the doctor and ask a simple question, was to travel 500 miles one way and come into the office. Yep, had this conversation with Debbie 3 times. That's how they treat their patients. I went to another injector in Chicago and was told that it looks like Dr. Kish misplaced the needle and put way more product in one side of my face, which is why one eyebrow is higher than the other and I have wrinkles on one side of my forehead but not the other. I took 6 or 7 pictures and emailed them to Debbie, upon her request, of several different angles clearly showing the asymmetry. I'm really glad I spent $1300. By the way, they insist on payment prior to service. This place is all about the money. They take it and won't get on the phone when you have a problem or to answer a simple question.
Don't be fooled by Dr Kish's sob story about wanting to help people look and feel better about themselves and achieve "personal fulfillment" because she's had cancer. I'm very sorry for her that she had cancer at such a young age, however, she figured out there's a lot more money to be made in aesthetics than in being an ER doctor. If she's so concerned about making people look and feel better, perhaps she could have taken 2 minutes to speak with me about her service that made me look and feel worse and definitely didn't help me achieve "personal fulfillment." Check under their "policies" page... Talk about covering your ass...here is a direct quote from their website... "I understand the terms and am willing to avoid unnecessary and uncomfortable conversations requesting exceptions to these rules." The rules being no refunds, no questions may be asked and don't even think about having a problem because we already have your money and don't give a damn. Oh, and if your 10 minutes late for your appt, you owe them a $100 late fee. This place is comical. I wonder if they thought about the "uncomfortable" looks I've gotten because my face is messed up?
I wish I had seen the other bad reviews before I came here.... They're hidden in another section of yelp called "unreccommended reviews" I believe.
Jennifer, if you're going to play the cancer card, then at least stand behind it and act like you care about a patient you've treated. A simple 2 minute conversation on the phone would have sufficed, as I live 500 miles away.
Also, Jennifer, in the unlikely event that Debbie didn't relay my multiple requests to speak with you and reading this review is the first you've heard of my negative experience with your office, please look up my number in your files and give me a call.
Otherwise, to all the ladies wanting to look younger.....look elsewhere for your facial injections. Seriously skin does NOT care about patient outcomes or the welfare of their patients. Getting their money is priority number 1. Thank God I wasn't having a problem with my eyesight or something more serious than cosmetic issues. Additionally, their prices are the same as board certified plastic surgeons and dermatologists in the Cleveland area. I checked several. I only went there because the location was convenient when I was visiting. Plastic surgeons and Derms care more about their reputations and wouldn't refuse to speak with a patient, whom they've treated, over the phone especially if they're unhappy or even have a simple question.
Stay away from Seriously Skin.
