| - I LOVE JetSuiteX, I talk about this airline ALL the time.
I'm a fan of the Concord and Burbank hangars/offices.
This trip to Las Vegas was a trip.
I had no warning that I'd be getting off in the middle of a very busy tarmac, and had to walk off to nowhere land and be left without any JetSuiteX staff to assist me if I needed help. They tell you after landing, that now is the time to get your Lyft or Uber (no wifi so, NOPE), then a they warn you how busy the area is and unsafe, and to stick together as you get off the plane; then walk you to an area outside of Atlantic airlines and leave you there. I had ZERO connectivity on my phone (not their problem, but mine), and no one to contact for assistance, no free wifi here, nope, just left us and went on their merry way. This put me in a position of having NO way to the hotel. I was forced to rent a car from Go Rentals; and was thankful they were there! I'd asked a few people about wifi and they were unhelpful, and not JetSuiteX employees. Thankfully, GoRentals had a vehicle for me to rent. This increased the cost of my trip significantly with car rental and parking for four days at the hotel.
Four days later, it was time to leave. I arrived at the office on Reno Street, and learned I'd be getting on a shuttle bus to the tarmac. I had such bad anxiety from that moment on. Thankfully, I found a room to sit alone and get centered. A man named Randy came in, asked if he could sit in there, and I said "welcome to the introvert room" he laughed and we chatted for a bit; he was there for an interview, and I hope they hired him, as he calmed me down so much, such a joy.
Herded on to the hot bus, and shuffled off to the tarmac where we sat as people posed in front of the plane for photos (one of my favorite things to do) for about ten minutes. Suddenly, the anxiety got me again, and I was starting to feel like I was suffocating, thankfully, it was time to get off that hot bus, and on to the plane.
Upon boarding, I let Britanny know I was having bad anxiety, and she was comforting. Through the entire flight, she was checking on me. It was a rough flight for me, but I survived. I wish they'd let us off in Burbank to stretch and rest our legs since we're there for twenty minutes, but, nope, we have to stay on the plane. I got to see how they "clean and prepare" for the next group boarding, and am glad I bring my Clorox wipes with me. :)
I still love JetSuiteX, just don't think I'll ever fly to Las Vegas with them again.
The lack of assistance when landing set the tone for this particular branch.
