  • Checked out the Brand new sports bar in N PHX yesterday- after much anticipation. Fun indoor/outdoor atmosphere with lots of high quality TVs. Parking is a challenge and will be more of a pain during 8-5 as it's in a cramped strip mall and next to a bank. Lookout is experiencing the normal "opening jitters"- long wait times, servers aren't quite into their groove, running out of items, etc. Several cocktails and draft or bottled beers to choose from. The food was decent, but nothing spectacular. It looked much better than it tasted. The patty melt was the best item we tried, Fries were standard, chips n queso were less than desirable due to the bland and very thin/watery cheese, and finally the veggie pizza- it looked great, but had very little flavor. The food and the delays are the reason for 3 stars. Will go back in a couple weeks when hopefully the staff is more comfortable etc.
