What can I say...downtown dim sum...you really can't win. This place really more suited for the "gwilos" and I mean that in a really nice way. Came with my parents last week because we had to wait around downtown and our expectations weren't high. The carts came by but as the later hours approach (post-1PM), the same stuff kept rolling by and getting colder by the minute. The quality of the food was hit or miss, sometimes some bad shrimp, others just falling apart for no reason. Eh...at least it's downtown I guess and you don't have to flag down the "fresh" carts before they disappear.
