I was so happy they have the lobster special back today. The Caesar salad as usual was good but really got disappointed when I started with the lobster. It was overcooked that the meat got tough, it was tasty but overdone. The fact that the price went higher was fine if the cook did it right. Not sure if I will come back there. I will try the Henderson place next week and if it wlll be the same I think they are bringing them frozen. How can you overcook a lobster?
