I purchased a groupon for duct cleaning, Isaac was very professional explained the groupon service purchased would not be completed and that issuing a full refund would be the best option unless we would pay over $500 for a full AC cleaning. I was skeptical as he did not look at the units or even in the vents so therefore I declined and opted for the full refund of groupon he offered. When he left I had very positive experience with Mr. Duct and had we decided to do the services recommended would have hired them.
I was called the next day accused of writing a poor review online, the employee who called proceeded to yell at me and repeatedly accuse me of a poor review and being disrespectful as I declined writing said review and requested a refund as Isaac had agreed to. I was given the ultimatum of having another person come do the groupon service or apply the amount to the service I was told was necessary.
As a consumer I hung up as I don't appreciate being yelled at and the disrespect conveyed. The employee proceeded to TEXT me.
I respectfully requested not to be contacted and he continued to text "find a life" "you lie" " Don't contact us again as well we are not interested at you business you rude, disrespectful and worst of all not honest"
I will pursue a refund through groupon directly as their customer service is seriously lacking.
