  • Came here because my civic clutch wasn't shifting correctly. Every other Honda dealer wanted $ first before taking a look. Even though I had extended warranty it wasn't covered. Of course. These guys however took my car for a spin before me handing any money over. They diagnosed the problem and it wasn't NECESSARILY something that was covered under warranty. HOWEVER, what put these guys above all the rest, was that they replaced my CMC (which was covered) before replacing anything else. Every other Honda dealer didn't give me the time of day. They all wanted $ before diagnosis and kept telling me how "it's this piece, it's not covered, blah blah blah, pay us money" Next time I have a problem, warranty or not, I'm coming back here ! There are 5 other Honda dealers that are closer to me than this one, but honestly, it's worth the extra 15 mins to come out here! I have already recommended friends here and will continue to do so. The shop guys here are knowledgeable and don't sit on high horses like most of the other dealers near me.
