  • Friendly at first and a few weeks later we had issues with the trade-in car saying that AutoNation Tempe never issued a check. This has put us in delinquency with our credit due to a lack of Michelle's attentiveness. It has been a hassle and it has been very difficult to get a hold of Michelle Ziegler (who we worked with at AutoNation) and her friendliness is since long gone. We have been going back and forth, this is the first time I have ever had to deal with a problem like this!
