  • I'm a nice person and don't like writing negative reviews but I'm disgusted. I brought my son here this past January for the flu and an ear infection. He was treated (the staff was impossibly rude and told me there was no way he had a 105 fever... He did) none the less I signed up for their discount program and he was was treated. Fast forward to May.. I know it's going to be a wait so I come prepared, check in, and wait 2.5 hours. They call me up to the front and tell me they can't find my son in their system. We try socials, birthdays, names, even my membership card... Nothing works. I even named the doctor and nurse that we saw that day... Nothing. So I had the pay for another discount program and they have no idea where my sons information went to... I will never go back. I feel even worse for the guy who was in front of me...
