  • Coming here during Happy Hour is like getting a Gourmet-five-star-meal at McDonald's prices. But Better. Much Better. A friend and I looked at the Happy Hour Menu ($2.95/item) and ordered: 1) BRIO Burger - Absolutely so delicious. We split this in half and got full of it alone. I still can't believe it was $2.95. Seriously? That's like 10x better than that 'fancy' Six-Dollar Burger at Carl's Junior. 2) Spicy Shrimp & Eggplant - My favorite dish. I could have licked the plate til the sauce was gone. The spices and shrimp were so good I know I have to come back here for more. 3) Sliced Steak Bruschetta - Also another delicious dish. 4) Quattro Bruschetta ($14.95 value, and we got for free!) - This is the second time eating this bruschetta and the bread was moist with some of the most delicous toppings on top. And, our meal only cost $9.63 before tip between 2 people. That's under $5 a person! I highly recommend this place for anyone!! Next time I'll have to try the drinks -- its $2 off during happy hour too! Tip: Sign up with Brio on their website and get a complimentary Quattro Bruschetta for free!
