The hotel was great and hands down worth the price alone, but management and services is why we will never return. We stayed May of 2015 for our anniversary and were treated as lower class since we had an issue with the bank while checking in (bank put a stop on our account, apparently because we were out of state and did not notify them, so we paid in full with cash instead upon checking in). We ordered room service around 3am and asked them to charge it to the room. They brought us our food and said we needed to pay cash because our account was flagged as "cash only". So my boyfriend had to dress up and go down 20 stories to the front desk at 4am to fix the issue. We wish they would have comped us for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, the same rude clerk that checked us in was the one who checked us out and again treated us as lower class. We would never stay at this hotel again, but I will say, we booked the 1 bedroom terrace view suite with upgraded view (+$60/night) of the bellagio fountains and that alone was worth every penny. We paid about $1700 for 3 nights. It came with a Japanese soaking tub which was marvelous. Very picturesque and the only hotel with a balcony on the las vegas strip. We just wish that would have treated us differently, with it being one of the most expensive hotel on the strip, we obviously could afford it and were treated as if we couldnt.
