  • I was very interested in getting solar panels and went to their website and requested to be contacted, I was called very promptly by their "pre-qualification" group to get pre qualified first. after I answered a couple basic questions ie. address how many stories my house was I was told that a sales rep/estimator would call me promptly. Three days goes by and nothing, so I went to their website and submitted again. Another pre qualifier person called me again. I told him a couple days before that I had already gone through this. He said that he didn't see my orginal request. I answered the same questions again and he said he was going to get me to one of their sales reps and I would need my electricity bill. I wasn't home at the time but headed there, so I asked to be called back in an hour. No problem I was told we will call you in an hour. That was almost 3 weeks ago. If they can't manage a simple follow through call twice doesn't exactly give you a good feeling about their business ethics, and based on most of the reviews looks like I am right.
