  • A few weeks ago my poor baby's anal gland burst at 11pm on a Saturday leaving me in a frenzy. The 24 hour Vet right by my house Said it would be 2 hours before we would even be seen, however their sister property on the other side of town could see me right away. That's how I ended up at Eastern Vet and I must say I was very impressed. They were quick, friendly and thoroughly explained everything. She was treated given meds and we were sent on our way. The other day I received the card pictured below. In the days of technology replacing humans in some customer service roles it's things like this that set a business apart and are indicative of how much they truly care. While I hope to never have to return myself or for anyone else to have to go at all, should you need your babies checked out, I highly recommend Eastern Emergency Vet!
