Over the past couple of days I have tried numerous times to even get in touch with someone at the front desk. They keep putting me on hold and when I finally do get to talk to someone (Jonathan) they end up putting me on hold leaving me to wait and eventually having the line disconnected. One of the reasons that I've used Griffin Brothers in the past is because of the convenience of the location. Going to the dealership is not convenient for me. But I think that's what I'm going to have to do as I cannot get in touch with anyone at this GB location.
