  • Great selection, poor customer service. (If you can find anyone to help you). Store is definitely understaffed and staff seems poorly trained or perhaps overworked. Either way, I saw people putting down merchandise and walking out - presumably to spend their money elsewhere. Kinda sad as this should be a flagship store for Hudson Bay.
