  • Bought 2 trees totaling $1100 in Sept . Trees were planted by Moon Valley in November. There is a 3 month guarantee on them , however a few weeks after planted they started to die, shedding their leaves ( they are evergreens) . Went back to them and Dave the Manager said they were in transplant shock and he would extend the warranty an extra month. My gardener and a neighbors arborist looked at trees and disagreed . So i called Ben ,the Moon Valley person that oversaw the planting and just got the runaround . First he said no problem ,then every time i called him it was tomorrow,tomorrow. Finally he agreed on coming out and was a no show. Multiple calls and messages to him go unanswered . These are not people who stand behind there product.
