Staff needs customer service lessons! I walked out after waiting for an hour for my name to be called. I signed in, but whichever of the stylists was responsible for transferring my name from the sign-in sheet to the computer/cash register missed my name. Great! So, I watched as four different stylists walked to the front counter at least twice each and called other customers back. I figured the first few had appointments or something. No matter what the case was, each one looked directly at me several times and it never crossed their minds to ask if I had indeed signed in, if I had been helped, or if I was waiting for someone. When I finally asked why I had been skipped, I was told "We don't skip names on the list, we transfer them to the computer and go in that order." I asked where I was on the computer's list and couldn't be found. The stylist reviewed the sheets and said, "oh, we missed your name. We can put you back in." It seemed like I had created a hardship for them, so I left and will not go back. They're obviously busy enough that they don't need any more customers.
