  • We were recently on vacation in Montreal and really loved this place. The atmosphere was busy and fun. Even though we had reservations, they were able to seat us right away on a Saturday night, which is not an easy feat in Old Montreal. I had the steak frites and the steak was huge and delicious! Perfectly seasoned, perfectly cooked. My husband had moules frites and his portion was huge and delicous, too. The dish reminded him of a favorite meal of moules frites that he had some years ago in Paris. The wait staff seemed a little harried but was professional. Yes, this is in the heart of the tourist area, but the crowd seemed like it was (only) half tourist and half local. I will definitely go back the next time I'm in Montreal.
