  • Very slow service. Lisa K was our server. She was "bi polar". She gruffly told me I hadn't asked for ranch when I had. She was slow on getting us our appetizer (which is also the kitchens fault) and drink refills. Finally when I asked her name she than magically started to speed up and also have a better attitude. I know it's hard in the food business. Customer service is VERY important.
