First off, the karaage here is fantastic. Second, the spicy red tonkotsu ramen was pretty good too although I don't think it's the #1 ramen in the city. It was very creamy and spicy, which I prefer. My wife got the mild signature clam broth ramen, which I thought wasn't creamy or flavourful enough. Also, I was a bit surprised by pork belly add on that I got. I ordered it at the recommendation of the waitress because she said the bowl didn't have any meat in it (it actually does). However, the pork belly ended up almost cold in temperature when I first tasted it. Dunking it deep into the broth for a few minutes made it room temperature.
