BEWARE OF PARKING AT THIS HOTEL. Four stars for the hotel, NO stars for parking. Word to those looking to stay here for the night. Have the hotel valet park your vehicle. You "might" have a better chance that it doesn't get broken into. No guarantee! We made the mistake of parking our own vehicle in the covered parking garage that is shares a common wall with the hotel & is also the same garage the hotel directs you to park if you do not have your car valet parked. You also get charged a $15 parking fee. We parked on ground level spaces away from entry into the hotel & our vehicle was broken into last night. Stupidly we made the mistake of leaving items in our vehicle. Apparently this tri-level parking garage is not owned by the hotel but by the City of Glendale, even though it is used for hotel guest parking. So hotel bares no responsibility to the garage. Also we were a little taken back when we asked for some sort of discount on our hotel stay. One of the managers was very reluctant to do so. After reminding him that they are the ones that guided us to this parking garage, then they do hold some responsibility. This bad experience, all be it our fault for leaving items in our vehicle, did not leave a very good impression of this hotel: #1. For not telling us that the garage was not apart of their hotel. BTW you are charge $15 per day for parking regardless of which garage you park in. #2. The fact that the manager was very reluctant to give us a break on our bill. Originally he was willing to take off the $15 parking fee (lol) but after pointing out some facts, he agreed to taking 20% off.
Hotel was very clean etc... Use caution when bringing your vehicle to this hotel.
