rev:text	I want to give this place 0 stars ...So you're telling me, after 2 confirmations a month ago, and a day before reminder to check in, the day I get to the hotel my room was never reserved. I came all the way from Chicago to enjoy the beautiful weather of Arizona. Unfortunately, this hotel is not the place to stay when you're visiting here. Not only this incident but also charge me an extra $200 for the stay and not honor the initial amount that I was supposed to be charged. OH and to top it all off the POOL IS UNDER RENOVATION.. why wasn't this mentioned to your guests before the stay? What is the point of a hotel room in Arizona with no pool? They don't even bother to accommodate you and they the employees tell you they can't do anything on their end unless Hilton does something, then you call Hilton and they say the opposite.... really? You're losing customers over this and getting bad ratings to warn future customers not to stay here.... i honestly don't know what else to say this place needs to get their act together and be more accommodating and respectful..... OH ONE MORE THING .... YOU WAKE UP AT THE SOUND OF DRILLING AND CONSTRUCTION AT 7:40 IN THE MORNING!!!! The people that work at this hotel don't care about your comfort what so ever. We called and asked for a different room they told us there are signs stating that construction would be happening for the hotel but you need to inform people of these things but put signs up way after we've already made a commitment and paid !!! DONT STAY HERE !!!! Vacation is about relaxing not a 7am alarm of construction.
