  • Horrible customer service, I provide them with the recipte Their charges are breaking down after a month an a half and they send u to belkin for the warranty instead of standing behind there pruducts. Last time I came there for the same reason it was 6 months ago and it was a with a nice manger that unterstand the situation and switch me the broken product. This time from the moment I came inside they where just so rude and really not trying to help at all and give me such an attitude. I am really disappointed from the management of Apple Store and how they made me feel in the store and in the ceasers palace shops. I am spending and buying all apple products and this is not what I am expecting to be treated
