  • I love coming to the City National Arena! It's exciting to be in the building where the Vegas Golden Knights practice! Also, the gentlemen inside The Arsenal were so friendly and helpful and really took the time to answer questions and were absolutely lovely to deal with. These are the reasons for the 4 star review. Now, for the only negative thing I've encountered here. The snotty girl at the services counter was such a jerk. I asked questions about the programs offered here and she said all the information was on the website and tried to dismiss me. I continued to try to get more information from her and she was very put out to have to answer. When I finally did get her to answer a question she finished by saying that I could have gotten the information on the website. After that, I refused to waste anymore time on her.
