The rooms are neat and clean and the inside of the hotel is beautiful but there is nothing in any of the retail spaces. When we checked in we discovered that our room was located by the elevator and we ask to move but had to pay an upgraded charge for the "only king room" left even though the door man said the hotel was deserted. We did not appreciate being lied to when it was obvious that the place was empty. Some of the door men and valets were polite (the more mature ones) while the younger ones sat around on their cell phones and didn't even offer to open a door. If you like great service, I wouldn't recommend staying here even though the hotel itself is beautiful.
