rev:text	I came into LVAC using a guest pass at the Flamingo and 215 location and all I wanted was a tour of the beautiful facility as I just moved to Summerlin after serving in the military providing funerals for fallen soldiers. I was greeted by a gentleman named Steven and he was one of the rudest people I've came across in quite a long time. I honestly could not believe when he told me that he was supposedly retired from the Coast Guard as he has no respect or integrity what so ever. He told me (I also have proof as I had a second witness) "I think it's funny that your here and not ready to work out, pretty much a waste of time being here. I told him well I guess I'm a waste of time and a funny guy" Just because I wanted to take a tour of the facility which I planned on becoming a member of he tells me that I'm funny and a waste of time. I will be forwarding this to the Better Buisness Beareau and letting the Veterans Affairs know about what was told to me from one of your staff members. As I was using your facility for disability purposes as I'm a 100% disabled US Army veteran... Truly Unbelievable.
