  • Ok So I try to be fair in my reviews so I'm going to try and be fair to this place. They charge $450 for a one bedroom apartment, so my expectations were not high as far as the quality of the place or the residents. There are dogs everywhere and no one cleans up after them...or bothers to put them on a leash. The police are there constantly, I mean at least once a night and that is no exaggeration. The pool is never open, and that is probably a good thing considering that it seems to be permanently green. There are bugs, big bugs, all over the place, I bug bombed my apartments 3 times before i moved in and kept the place immaculate and it didn't help. My mailbox was broken every single day. I would call them to fix it and it would either never get fixed or it got broken into...every...single...day. There was one lady in the front office who was very helpful and nice... Eric is a little man with a little bit of power whose clearly overcompensating. I've seen him walking around yelling at people for all the wrong reasons, and not doing a thing about the people that actually need to be kicked out! However, for this cheap of price you really can't expect much more than that!
