  • Not good... I was waiting for them to show up to give me a ride to the airport. They were 15 minutes late so I called (got voice mail). Waited another 5 minutes after no return call and got someone live only to find out they "forgot to put my reservation in the system". This after I had emailed with them multiple times the previous 2 days confirming and reconfirming the reservation. To top it off they were less than apologetic and then started spamming my email with offers! Ha! I'd avoid this company.
