  • When to Zio for a quick dinner the other night. This was not my first time coming to Zio as it is one of the quicker casual Italian restaurants in Charlotte. We got the Eggplant Parmesan and the Baked Penne. Both dishes were great and the eggplant came with homemade fettucine. Coming from an Italian family and Italian restaurant family, I am usually quite critical of italian restaurants, but Zio has a traditional style. The server was very nice and friendly and tenative which also made the food that much better. Next time I will try the pies and pizza! Tutti mangiamo!
